Checkel-Dalton Associates have provided the services of expert witness as structural engineers and building surveyorss for more than 35 years.

The principal as well as the senior staff have experience of being factual and expert witness, in regards to building defect cases ; short term lease tenancy ; public planning appeals.

This has involved them in investigations, analysis , and co ordination and presentation of findings.
