The relationship with the Contract Administrator is essential for the Contractor, who will communicate and collaborate (formally and informally) to establish the project and solutions.
Contractors and professionals alike will contribute to this successful outcome by knowing exactly what they have to do to deliver the project.

Contract Administration

Contract administration brings together the role as the Client’s agent, yet with due regards to administering the contract to be fair and reasonable to the appointed Contractor.

All parties come to the contract as equal parties and agree to the terms to complete the contract. It is the job of the Contract administrator to act as an intermediary to see this through.
