This 1930s property in Central London is a standalone block. The client involved us at the start where we carried out further investigations to the drains which were believed to be leaking.
Further investigations undertaken under our supervision confirmed this. The investigations involved ground scanning radar, utility searches, trial pits and chemical analysis.
The proposed works comprised of renewing the drainage. Our experience and specification took into account the close proximity to the foundations and gas main.
Works on site involved us as contract administrators for the duration of the project.
